I decided to pin up the sides of my Bantu Knot Twist Out. After my birthday I re-twisted my hair and put it back in bantu knots. I didn’t feel like re-twisting it and putting it in bantu knots again last night. Instead, I put a satin cap on and went to bed. This morning, I pinned up the sides and fluffed up my hair for church. I had been avoiding the gym because I didn’t want to sweat out my hair. I was practicing #HairoverHealth. Thanks to my good friend talking sense into me, I went to Zumba today and sweated out and kinked up my curls. It was worth it because Zumba was amazing. My curls had a great run. I am going to back to Celie Twists so I can get back into my regular gym routine #HealthoverHair.
